Nota:
The Schleswig-Holsteinische Anzeigen (SchlHA) is the justice journal of the German federal state of Schleswig-Holstein and at the same time one of the oldest periodicals of the state. The Schleswig-Holsteinische Anzeigen date back to the time of the duchies of Schleswig and Holstein and have been published since 1750.[1] They are an announcement journal that was published under the same title by both the kings of Denmark and the diverse rulers in Schleswig-Holstein such as the House of Schleswig-Holstein-Gottorf. Today, the publisher is the state's Ministry of Justice, which has left the editorship to the Higher Regional Court of Schleswig. They are divided into a monthly Part A (with the editorial content of a legal journal and contributions on case law in the judicial district of the state's only Higher Regional Court) and a twice-monthly Part B (advertising section and judicial notices). It is therefore an official journal and not an advertising journal.Part B of the Schleswig-Holstein Advertisements was published twice a month (on the 15th and 30th of a month) in printed form as a justice gazette until the end of 2014. The publication of a written edition of Part B has been dispensed with since 1 January 2015. Therefore, from this date onwards, all issues of Part B (which in future will only be published once on the 30th of a month) will only be made available digitally and free of charge.
