a| Jacob Tours (1760-1811) was a Dutch organist. In the 19th century, he was still somewhat known as a composer of some works, including a Te Deum and the cantata "De hoop en de zaligheid". He also published a Chorale Book, dedicated to the church warden of the reformed churches of Rotterdam.
