The 2nd work included here was published in 1882 under title: A letter to Thomas F. Bayard, challenging his right and that of all the other so-called Senators and Representatives in Congress to exercise any legislative power whatever over the people of the United States. Both works were published in Boston by the author. Original title pages are included in this reprint.
